Here are some of our favourite locations for portraits at Merrydale Manor… All have countless options for backdrops with 360 degree options at each and every one ⚡️🎥

Ive saved some of our other favourite more secret locations for another reel 😄

We always let the photographers lead the portrait shoots, we try to stay in the background as much as possible, it’s good to get these done as quickly as possible…

Although portraits are lovely, and it’s some time away from your guests for probably the first time all day, it’s also taking away precious time you have with those people.

Everyone will tell you how quickly your wedding day goes and it does! Before you know it you’ll be walking up the next day with a headache wondering where that time went. And realising how little you got to speak to everyone.

Our philosophy will always be to get these done as quickly as possible, as we’d rather get a shot of you hugging your grandparents, your kids or your relatives that have travelled across the world to be with you over a shot of you both by a lovely conifer.

These shots are important, and the beauty of Merrydale is that there’s so many options that are so close enough to not spend too much time away from your guests, but far enough to be on your own for a little while on your big day 😎
